Submit a Ticket

1) Login to selling.channelmax.net
2) Click on your user name on top right of the screen and then click 'Support'
3) In the new tab, click 'Submit a ticket' tab and continue, it's self guided.



Note: When you click on 'Support' icon as per point#2, if the screen is auto navigated to only knowledge-base section and 'Submit a Ticket' option is missing, then you may try the following steps.
a) Click on "Inventory-->File Uploader" to open unified (old one) in a new tab
b) From the black screen, click on "Support" icon, a new tab will open, wait for 15 secs and close this tab.
c) Now logout from selling.channelmax.net, that would auto close Unified tab too.
d) Log back into selling.channelmax.net, and click on "Support" icon directly, all should be good.
